TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 21 years or over who register to participate in this promotion and can comply with the following prize acceptance criteria: (i) entrants must hold a valid Australian driver’s licence; and (ii) entrants must be available to take the prize immediately if deemed a successful recipient of a prize. 

 

  1. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. 

 

  1. The promotion opens for registration at 12:01am AEST on 18/09/2026 and closes the earlier of: (a) 11:59pm AEST on 26/09/2026; or (b) Prize 2 being claimed (“Registration Period”). 

 

  1. During the Registration Period the Promoter will post clues across their Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/fujifilmphotosaus), TikTok page (https://www.tiktok.com/@fujifilmphotosaus) and Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/FujifilmPhotosAus/) (“Social Media Pages”) outlining how individuals can participate in this promotion by locating and claiming a prize. The clues disclosed on the Social Media Pages will include hints to the location of where a prize can be found in NSW (each a “Prize Location”) along with the relevant code word (“Code Word”) required to successfully claim a prize. Individuals must actively monitor the Promoter’s Social Media Pages and record the clues and Code Words that are disclosed.

 

  1. There will be a total of two (2) Prize Locations (in NSW) to be located during the Registration Period.  There will be two (2) prizes available to be won during the Registration Period (“Prize 1” and “Prize 2” or collectively “Prize”) with one (1) Prize at each Prize Location. 

 

  1. To be eligible to win a Prize, individuals must undertake the following steps:

 

  1. Register their details, including their full name, email and mobile number, online at https://www.fujifilmphotos.com.au/pages/quicksnap-time-machine during the Registration Period;
  2. Monitor the Promoter’s Social Media Pages for clues and the relevant Code Word. For clarity, once a person has registered they will also receive clues and the relevant Code Word via SMS; and 
  3. be the first person to attend the Prize Location on 24/09/2026 for Prize 1 or 26/09/2026 for Prize 2.

 

  1. Once a registered entrant has arrived at the Prize Location, they must present themselves to the QuickSnap representative as instructed, reveal the relevant Code Word and verify their eligibility, to claim the Prize. If they are the first registered entrant to attend the Prize Location in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s instructions, they will be deemed the winner of the relevant Prize. Anyone that registers to participate in the promotion after Prize 1 has been claimed, will only be eligible to participate in the promotion for Prize 2.

 

  1. Each entrant is only required to register once and can only win one (1) Prize.

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

 

  1. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

 

  1. Each winner must claim their Prize as soon as they are deemed a winner and, subject to verification, take the prize immediately. 

 

  1. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

  1. Each Prize consists of a Kombi Van Experience for two (2) adults, valued at $3,699.37each. As soon as a winner has been determined, they must take the Kombi Van Experience immediately. For example, the 2-day Kombi Van Experience will commence on 24/09/2026 for the winner of Prize 1, and the 2-day Kombi Van Experience will commence on 26/09/2026 for the winner of Prize 2. 

 

Kombi Van Experience consists of: 

 

  • Two (2) x days hire of one (1) Kombi van (the winner must be aged 21 years or over and hold a valid driver’s license). The relevant Kombi van will be at the Prize Location and can be driven immediately after an entrant has successfully claimed the Prize;
  • One (1) x night twin or double share accommodation within a ninety minute’s drive of the Prize Location for two (2) adults; 
  • Three (3) x Fujifilm QuickSnap disposable cameras (exact model to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion); and
  • $1,000 Digital Visa Card, which may be used towards fuel, food, suggested experiences and other travel expenses. 

 

  1. The winner or their companion must meet the rental conditions for Kombi van hire as prescribed by the Kombi van rental company. Spending money, meals, petrol, insurance, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. The prize must be taken immediately after the Prize has been claimed. 

 

  1. Winners and their companions must depart from the relevant Prize Location and return the Kombi van to a drop off location in Surry Hills on 25/09/2026 (for the winner of Prize 1) and a drop off location in Parramatta on 27/09/2026 (for the winner of Prize 2). Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. For clarity, all winners’ travel companions must be aged 21 years or over. 

 

  1. As a condition of accepting a Prize, the winners (and their companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. Winners acknowledge that by accepting the Prize, the Promoter may ask the winner to take videos and/or pictures during their Prize for future promotional and marketing purposes. Filming may include, but is not limited to, videos and stills content of the winner and their companion. Content created may be used for the Promoter’s own social and digital channels. For the avoidance of doubt, winners acknowledge that all content produced in connection with the Promotion will be owned by the Promoter and the winner grants the Promoter an irrevocable license to reproduce the winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in content in perpetuity, worldwide, without any further remuneration to the winner. 

 

  1. If for any reason a winner does not take a Prize (or an element of a Prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.

 

  1. If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

 

  1. Total prize pool value is $7,398.75. 

 

  1. Prizes, or any unused portion of a Prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

 

  1. If any winner is unable to take the Prize immediately, the Promoter will award the Prize to the next valid entrant to claim the Prize at the Prize Location in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, government lockdown, pandemic or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a Prize.

 

  1. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

 

  1. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

 

  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

 

  1. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the QuickSnap representative is delayed at a Prize Location for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) if the Kombi Van Experience is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (g) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (h) taking of a Prize.

 

  1. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. The Promoter requires entrants’ personal information in order to conduct this promotion. If the requested information is not provided, then the entrant cannot participate in the promotion. The Promoter will use and handle the entrants’ personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy (which can be viewed at www.fujifilm.com.au/terms-and-conditions/privacy-policy). In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, by making an entry, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer (Postal Address: PO Box 63 North Ryde BC NSW 1670 - Email: ffau.privacy@fujifilm.com). The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles.  By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
