This year, we had the privilege of supporting Surfing Australia’s groundbreaking RISE Development Camp, an inspiring initiative designed to foster community, build leadership, and shatter barriers for women across the surf industry. To celebrate this movement, Fujifilm put cameras directly into the hands of the attendees. By passing over the lens, we empowered these trailblazers to capture their own journeys of connection and growth as they dove into elite judging, technical coaching, and professional development.

The energy of the camp proved that when women are given the space to collaborate, you shift the entire culture of the sport. From sharing raw, candid moments behind the scenes to building an unshakeable network of support, these participants are actively shaping a more inclusive, equitable future for the waves.
